In addition to a report on the
ACP's postal-rate advocacy program, this year's ACP
Convention will feature a special workshop on designing a
mail piece to minimize the postage and maximize its delivery
to its intended recipient quickly and reliably.
Designing a mail piece so that
it effectively conveys a message or elicits a desired
response is challenging enough. Delivery reliability and
cost present a unique set of challenges. How to accommodate
both objectives is the key to success, says Kerry Still,
mail
technology manager for IPC Printing Services in Saint
Joseph, Mich.
