Jocelyn Bell selected as new United Church Observer editor
Jocelyn Bell has been selected as the new editor of The Observer and CEO of Observer Publications Inc. Currently the magazine’s managing editor, Jocelyn was selected from more than 80 candidates who responded to a public call for applications last summer.
